Matt Hayden

Matt Hayden is an accomplished professional in corporate philanthropy and partnership management, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Philanthropy at Children's Wisconsin since August 2025. Previously, Matt held the position of Director of Corporate Partnerships at Boston Medical Center, where leadership of a six-member team focused on new business, grant submissions, and event sponsorships. Prior to that, Matt was the Senior Director of Corporate Relations at United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley, successfully managing a corporate portfolio exceeding $4 million and developing innovative social impact strategies. Matt's career also includes significant roles at Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston and Positive Coaching Alliance, alongside earlier positions in sports and museum sectors. Matt holds an MBA in Marketing from Arizona State University.
