Angela Mercado

Angela Mercado, PharmD, DPLA, currently serves as the Southwest Tower Infusion Pharmacy Supervisor at CHOC Children's since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a PGY-2 HSPAL Resident and Resident Supervisor at UCSF Health from June 2023 to July 2025, where supervision encompassed a team of 18 FTEs across both Adult and Pediatric campuses. Angela's earlier career features a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, as well as various intern positions in oncology and community pharmacy settings, including lead pharmacist intern at Ridley-Tree Cancer Center and positions at CVS Health and RITE AID. Angela holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Western University of Health Sciences and a background in History and Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of California, Riverside, and UCLA.
