Anita Sankaran Piskun

Anita Sankaran Piskun has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Anita began their career as a Volunteer at the Community Health and Development (CHAD) and Rural Unit for Health and Social Affairs (RUHSA) in 1992. Anita then worked as an Associate Consultant at APM/CSC Healthcare, where they focused on strategy and operations for Academic Medical Centers and health systems. Anita later joined The Chartis Group as a Senior Consultant before moving on to the University of Pennsylvania Health System as the Director of Ambulatory Scheduling Operations. From there, Anita worked as a Consultant-Manager at ECG Management Consultants and as an Independent Consultant, serving as a Principal. In 2016, they joined Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP as a Management Consultant in their Manatt Health division, where they advised health systems and community clinics on strategic, organizational, and policy priorities. Anita is currently working at CHOC Children's, where they have held multiple positions including Director of the CHOC Children's Primary Care Network, Executive Director of the CHOC Primary Care Network, and is currently serving as the Vice President of the CHOC Primary Care Network.

Anita Sankaran Piskun earned a Master's Degree in Healthcare Management - Masters in Public Health (MPH) from Yale University School of Medicine from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biology, with a minor in Medical Sociology, from the University of Pennsylvania between 1992 and 1996. Anita also attended Western Reserve Academy for their high school education from 1989 to 1992.
