Danielle Farias

Danielle Farias is currently the Manager of Digital and Automation at CHOC Children's since August 2023. Prior to this role, Danielle spent 18 years at Capital Group, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Operational Excellence Analyst focused on Robotic Process Automation (RPA), leading to significant growth in automation opportunities, and as a Senior Business Operations Analyst/Product Owner overseeing multi-million-dollar IT project budgets and application management. Earlier in the career, Danielle held the position of Business Operations Analyst, providing strategic planning support to IT management. Danielle holds a BS in Business Administration and Leadership from Concordia University Irvine and completed the Riordan Leadership Institute Fellowship in Non-Profit Board Governance through the Southern California Leadership Network.
