Gary Gonzales

Gary Gonzales has extensive experience in healthcare contracting and provider services, currently serving as the Manager of Contracts at Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC Children's) since January 2016. Previous roles include AVP of Provider Services at Beacon Health Options, where leadership encompassed a team of managers and oversight of a large staff, as well as significant initiatives in telehealth and autism recruitment. Gonzales also held the position of Director of Network Services at Physicians Health Plan, focusing on comprehensive leadership over network operations. Additional experience includes roles at Capital District Physicians' Health Plan, St. Jude Medical Center/St. Joseph Health System, and PacifiCare, where responsibilities spanned contract negotiation and management across various healthcare settings. Gonzales holds a BA in American Studies from the University of Southern California and an MA in Management from the University of Redlands.
