Kathleen Wilkinson has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources and benefits management. Kathleen most recently held director positions at CHOC Children's and Allied Universal, overseeing HR operations and benefits. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Providence Speech and Hearing Center. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Global Benefits at AECOM and Powerwave Technologies, responsible for managing benefits programs on a global scale. Kathleen also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Axium International, Platinum Equity, and Mattel, Inc. In addition, they worked as a Manager of Benefits Compliance at Northrop Grumman Corporation and as a Tax and Employee Benefits Attorney at Adams Duque & Hazeltine. Throughout their career, Kathleen has demonstrated their expertise in developing and implementing HR initiatives, managing acquisitions and transitions, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Kathleen Wilkinson holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from USC Gould School of Law. Kathleen also has a Master of Business Taxation (MBT) degree from USC Marshall School of Business, with a focus on Taxation. Additionally, they completed their undergraduate studies at Santa Clara University, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science.
