Nicolas Maramica

Nicolas Maramica is a research assistant at the UCI School of Biological Sciences, where work in the Monuki Lab focuses on analyzing postmortem tissue from Alzheimer’s Disease patients to develop cellular therapeutics. Additionally, Nicolas serves as a consultant for Claremont Consulting Group, a selective student-run firm, and is a student athlete competing in men's water polo at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Athletics. Previous experience includes a research assistant role under Professor Alison Harris at Claremont McKenna College. Nicolas holds a Bachelor's degree in Cellular and Molecular Neuroscience from Claremont McKenna College, and completed high school at Santa Margarita Catholic High School.
