Phuong Dao

Phuong Dao has a diverse work experience in research administration and healthcare operations. Phuong currently serves as the Executive Director of Research Operations at CHOC Children's, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Phuong worked as the Director of Research Operations at CHOC Children's starting from November 2012.

Before joining CHOC Children's, Phuong worked as the Corporate Integrity Officer at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance from September 2005 to November 2012.

Phuong's earlier experience includes working as the Research Development & Operations Manager in the Department of Medicine at the University of California, Irvine, from November 2003 to August 2005.

Phuong also served as the Associate Director of Research Administration at CHOC Children's from October 2000 to November 2003.

Phuong's career started at the American Heart Association of Hawaii, where they worked as the Worksite Director/Communitysite Director from August 1997 to September 2000.

Phuong Dao obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Seattle University School of Law in the years 2007-2010. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biochemistry at Smith College from 1993-1997.
