Raj Mudahar

Raj Mudahar is an experienced pharmacist with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and an MBA in Healthcare Administration/Management. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Pharmacy Services at CHOC Children's, Raj has held various leadership roles in pharmacy services at prestigious institutions such as the US Department of Health and Human Services, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, and John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County. With a background in critical care pharmacy and medication therapy management, Raj has also served as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Residency Preceptor, and PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program Director at various institutions.
