Sara Ulloa

Sara Ulloa is currently serving as a Neuropsychology Extern at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals since August 2022, within the Pediatric Oncology and Hematology department’s BEST team. Additionally, Sara is an intern as a Neurodevelopmental Assessment Specialist at Pacific Clinics since July 2023. Previously, Sara worked as a Mental Health Clinician at La Familia Counseling Service, focusing on uninsured and underserved monolingual Spanish-speaking patients with severe mental health and neurological conditions from May 2020 to August 2022. Prior experience includes internships in the Department of Neurosurgery at Lenox Hill Neurosurgery and with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Sara also held a research assistant position at the University of California, San Francisco, from January 2017 to May 2019. Sara Ulloa is pursuing a PsyD in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Neuropsychology at Alliant International University, expected to graduate in 2024, following a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco. Education also includes attendance at the University of California, Berkeley, and Moreau Catholic High School, from which Sara graduated in 2015.
