Ann McCurdy

Ann McCurdy, MSW, LCSW, is an experienced behavioral health professional currently serving as a Behavioral Health Therapist II at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh since September 2021. Previously, Ann was an Adjunct Professor of Social Work and Mental Health and Wellness Counselor Social Worker at Penn State Greater Allegheny, where responsibilities included providing therapy, conducting evaluations, and designing mental health programs for students. Ann has also held various roles at UPMC Children's Hospital, Weirton Medical Center, Shuman Juvenile Detention Center, and other organizations, focusing on individualized care, therapeutic program development, and community outreach, along with extensive experience in crisis intervention and training staff in therapeutic practices. McCurdy earned a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree from Slippery Rock University.
