Phil Watson

Phil Watson is a data analyst and development specialist at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters, where employment began in February 2020. Previously, Phil served as a product owner at Sentara Healthcare, overseeing the Optima Health and OhioHealthy digital applications while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams. Prior roles include senior business system analyst at Optima Health, supporting a provider relations database, and senior consultant at CGI Federal for USAID projects involving financial systems. Phil's career began as an IT analyst at Central Virginia Family Physicians, training medical professionals on various applications. Phil holds a B.S. in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business and also attended Central Virginia Community College.
