Nicholas Mediate

Nicholas Mediate is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as the Manager of Behavioral Health and Psychotherapist at Blackbird Health since February 2020. Previously, Nicholas worked as a Group Facilitator and Coach at MensGroup from January 2021 to March 2023, and as a Family Based Therapist at MCC Warwick Family Services from September 2019 to March 2021. Early in their career, Nicholas provided Therapeutic Staff Support at The Redco Group, focusing on behavior interventions for young children with special needs, particularly those on the autistic spectrum. Nicholas began their professional journey as a Lifeguard at Timber Hill Community Association from June 2009 to August 2015. Nicholas holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Arcadia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pace University, with earlier studies at Hofstra University.
