Scott Langley

Scott Langley is the current director at CHILDRENS LAW CENTER OF CALIFORNIA. Prior to that, they were an HR consultant with HR On Call, Inc from January 2017 to December 2019. Scott has also served as the HR director for Sunny Delight Beverages Co. from February 2009 to December 2017.

Langley has extensive experience in organizational assessment and planning, employee relations, policy and procedure development, training, and HR work processes. Scott is a skilled business partner and has successfully managed all HR functions for 400 employees in 6 sites and a field-based sales organization.

Under their leadership, the team at Sunny Delight Beverages Co. was able to implement changes that resulted in annual savings of over $550,000 within 6 months. Scott also initiated monthly finance reviews to improve budget forecasting. When the company underwent a change in ownership and eventual business merge, Langley successfully led the human resource aspects of the transition with minimal impacts to employee relations.

Scott Langley has an MBA in Business from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona. Scott also has certification from LinkedIn in Fred Kofman on Managing Conflict, 360-Degree Feedback, Align Recruiting with Job Requirements, Change Management Foundations, and Human Resources in the On-Demand Economy.
