Marika Zappas is a professional with extensive experience in research and user experience within the children's media sector. Currently serving as a Research Fellow at the Center for Scholars & Storytellers and as a User Experience Researcher/Consumer Insights at Moonbug Entertainment, Marika Zappas is also involved as a User Researcher at Kibeam Learning and a Business Consultant for The Little Gym International. Previous roles include Research Assistant at Noggin, Graduate Researcher at the Center for Scholars & Storytellers, and a mentorship with the Children's Media Association. Marika Zappas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Reed College and a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology from California State University, Northridge, complemented by training at the Upright Citizens Brigade Training Center and an educational foundation from Oakwood Secondary School.
