Amber Carrington

Amber Carrington is an experienced oncology nurse and academic professional with a strong background in pediatric oncology and public health. Currently serving as Oncology Nurse Team Leader and Oncology Nurse Coordinator at Children's Health since January 2017, Amber also holds the position of Assistant Professor in Public Health at The University of Texas at Arlington and works as an Academic Coach for the Public Health Master's Program through Instructional Connections, LLC. Prior experience includes roles as a Pediatric Oncology Nurse at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and a Registered Nurse specializing in bone marrow transplants at Baptist Memorial Health Care. Amber holds a Master of Science in Nursing Education from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baptist Memorial College of Health Sciences.
