Beth Young

Beth Young is a seasoned professional in learning and talent management, currently serving as Vice President of Learning and Talent Management at Children's Health since December 2024. Previously, Beth held multiple leadership roles at Fresenius Medical Care North America, including Vice President of Global Learning, where responsibilities included developing a global organization to support employees and overseeing learning methodologies. Beth's experience also encompasses significant positions at Genzyme, where the focus was on designing competency-based learning, and United Natural Foods, leading training and organizational development initiatives. Beth's educational background includes a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida.
