Cesar Romero

Cesar Romero is an experienced leader in enterprise imaging systems, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Imaging Systems at Children's Health since June 2025. In this role, Cesar leads a cross-functional team in delivering scalable and secure imaging solutions, overseeing strategic direction and operational management of various imaging platforms. Prior to this position, Cesar spent nearly 20 years at UC Davis Health, first as a Manager of Enterprise Imaging Systems Implementations, where responsibilities included managing clinical imaging applications and various repositories, and earlier as a PACS & Imaging Systems Administrator, focusing on Radiology and Ophthalmology PACS systems. Additionally, Cesar began at UC Davis Health as a Windows System Engineer, overseeing the maintenance of a large network of clients and servers. Cesar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Arizona State University.
