Daljit S Mann

Daljit S Mann, PharmD, currently serves as the Pharmacist In Charge at Our Children's House within Children's Health since March 2020, while also fulfilling the role of Clinical Pharmacist. Since November 2019, Daljit has been involved with Aspen RxHealth, providing telehealth clinical pharmacy services. Previous experience includes positions as a Pharmacist at Live Oak Pharmacy and Staff Pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy, where Daljit worked from August 2018 to August 2019 and from 2015 to 2018, respectively. Daljit gained extensive practical knowledge through various APPE rotations at Rush University Medical Center, University of Chicago Medicine, and Kindres Hospital Chicago North in 2017. Daljit earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Chicago State University College of Pharmacy, completing studies from 2014 to 2018, and previously attended Texas Southern University from 2010 to 2012.
