Dana Hicks

Dana Hicks, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Network Development Education at Children's Health, focusing on global education system improvement and program development for health providers while promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization. Previously, Dana held the role of Manager for Virtual Health Education, where leadership in program and policy development was provided in coordination with external partners. Experience at Texas Health Resources included serving as Practice Manager for two subspecialty clinics, where Dana implemented policies and managed daily operations. Earlier roles included CME Programs Administrator at Children's Medical Center and various positions at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas and Shelton Group, Inc. Dana holds an MBA in Health Systems Management from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Oklahoma.
