Elizabeth Aviles

Elizabeth Aviles, LCSW-S, has extensive experience in behavioral health management and therapy, currently serving as Manager of Behavioral Health at Children's Health since February 2014. Elizabeth has held various titles at Children's Health, including Team Lead in Integrated Behavioral Health and Senior Behavioral Health Care Manager. Prior roles include Therapist at The Family Place, Counselor at Turtle Creek Recovery Center, and Bilingual Clinical Care Specialist at LifeWorks, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating psychiatric services and providing bilingual intake interviews. Elizabeth started professional development as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin, contributing to significant research projects, and gained early experience as a Social Work Intern at River City Youth Foundation, where notable achievements included co-facilitating psychosocial groups and earning "Intern of the Year" honors in 2012. Elizabeth obtained both a Master of Science in Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin.
