Jennifer Weir

Jennifer Weir has a diverse work experience. Jennifer started their career at H.D. Vest Financial Services as a Management Trainee, where they learned about broker/dealer operations and earned various NASD licenses. Jennifer then worked at Ross Anderson Capital Management as a Financial/Operations Principal, responsible for reporting and compliance activities. Jennifer also served as the Director of Operations at Children's Cancer Fund of Dallas, Inc., where they worked on marketing and development, as well as bookkeeping and accounting for the organization. At Children's Health, they held the role of HR Division Partner, supporting clients in clinical services with employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and providing coaching. Jennifer is currently employed at Children's Health as the Program Director Compensation.
