John Buerkert

John Buerkert, Jr. has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. John started their career at Baylor Health Care System in 2007 as an Assistant General Counsel and remained in this role until 2011. Following that, they joined Baylor Scott & White Health in 2011 as a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, where they held the position until 2019. In 2019, they joined Children's Health as an Executive Director and Associate General Counsel. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Children's Health.

John Buerkert Jr. earned a B.A. degree in English and Psychology from Wesleyan University in 1988. John went on to attend Saint Louis University, where they obtained a JD degree in Law in 1993.
