Larry Shipman

Larry Shipman has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. From 2021 to present, they have been working at Children's Health as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead and previously as a Senior Recruiter from August 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, Larry spent over two decades in the US Navy, where they held various roles related to talent acquisition and recruitment. Larry served as a Talent Acquisition Manager from October 2017 to August 2021, a Talent Acquisition Specialist from March 2015 to October 2017, and from January 2010 to March 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Machinist from August 2001 to January 2010.

Larry Shipman has studied Human Resources Development at both Post University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree, and Strayer University.
