Lauren Winter

Lauren Winter (Katri), MA, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Executive Director at Children's Health, a position held since March 2016, where responsibilities have included roles such as Chief of Staff and Director of Strategy and Business Development. Prior to this, Lauren managed projects related to emergency cardiovascular care with the American Heart Association and operated a business as the Owner of LKat Creates, LLC. Additional experience includes client services management at Research Now and international project management at e-Rewards. Lauren holds a Master of Arts in International Management and an MBA with a focus on Organizations & Strategy from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Leadership Studies at LSU Shreveport.
