Lesley Freeberg Thompson

Lesley Freeberg Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as the Houston Senior Olympics Games Coordinator at JCC. Lesley then moved on to Enterprise Rent a Car, where they served as a Branch Manager from 2001 to 2003. In 2005, they joined Valley Baptist Health System as the Director of Corporate Services, overseeing daily functions of various ancillary services. Lesley also held the position of Director of Planning Services, managing the strategic planning process for the health system. In 2008, Lesley joined Children's Health, starting as the Director of Operations - Surgical Services, where they developed strategies and set objectives for 12 pediatric surgical subspecialties. Lesley was subsequently appointed as the Director of Operations - Heart Center, providing oversight to multiple units and leading a team of 44 personnel. Currently, Lesley holds the role of Senior Director in the Office of the CEO at Children's Health.
