Matt Moore serves as Senior Vice President, Government and Community Relations, and Chief of Staff at Children’s Health. In his role, he is responsible for developing and leading the implementation of strategy, relationship building, and public policy engagement with federal, state, and local policymakers and stakeholders to further the Children's Health mission to make life better for children.
Under Matt’s leadership, Children’s Health has been a leader in advancing public policies that improve access to health care for children and youth in Texas, including legislation that expands access to school-based telemedicine and tele-behavioral health, and legislation that makes medical care more accessible for children in foster care.
Matt holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Relations from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
