Sarah Hale

Sarah Hale is an accomplished executive administrator with extensive experience in high-level support roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Executive Administrator to the Chief Operating Officer at Children's Health since January 2021, Sarah is adept at managing complex schedules, facilitating communication among over 100 system leaders, and onboarding senior executives. Prior to this role, Sarah contributed to the establishment of Sycamore Tree Capital Partners as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, where responsibilities included implementing operational processes and coordinating office outfitting. Additional experience includes serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer at Highland Capital Management, the Senior Vice President at the American Museum of Natural History, and the President of International at the NBA, further showcasing a strong ability to manage intricate schedules and travel logistics. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from the University of North Texas.
