Sherida Boyd

Sherida Boyd, DNP, RN, CCM, serves as the Director of Utilization Management at Children's Health since June 2022 and has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Xavier University since 2016. Boyd previously held the position of Director of Case Management at Bon Secours Mercy Health and coordinated case management functions at The Christ Hospital Health Network from 2013 to 2018, where responsibilities included managing acute care continuum and achieving performance targets. Additionally, Boyd has experience as an Adjunct Instructor at The Christ College of Nursing and Health Sciences, teaching case management, and held various nursing roles at UnitedHealthcare, Wellpoint Anthem, The Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, and Vitas Healthcare. Boyd earned a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Nursing Administration from the University of Cincinnati and holds both a Master of Science in Nursing from Xavier University and an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
