Tomica Hewlett

Tomica Hewlett has extensive experience in human resource information systems, currently serving as the Senior Director of HR Information Systems at Children's Health since July 2001, following a progression from roles including Director and Manager in the same field. Prior experience includes a military career with the United States Army Reserves, where Tomica held the position of Human Resources and Training Non-Commissioned Officer from May 1991 to May 2014. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Tennessee State University, complemented by additional studies at the Children's Learning Institute.
