Alexander S. Gill

Alexander S. Gill, MHA, FACHE has a diverse work history in the healthcare industry. Alexander S. started their career in 2008 as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Missouri's Center for Health Policy, where they worked on projects related to health literacy and health disparities.

In 2009, Gill served as an Administrative Resident at St. Joseph's Healthcare System, where they contributed to the executive management team reporting directly to the President & CEO of the system.

From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Business Analyst at Methodist Hospital, part of Dignity Health, focusing on performance improvement and quality of patient care.

Gill then joined Kindred Healthcare in 2011 as an Executive Fellow, participating in departmental rotations and engaging in leadership development modules and special projects. Alexander S. later served as an Assistant Administrator and Interim CEO at Kindred Hospital - Kansas City, Interim CEO at Kindred Hospital New Jersey - Rahway, and Interim CEO at Kindred Hospital Louisville.

In 2017, Gill joined HCA Healthcare Physician Services Group as the Director of Physician Services, overseeing 11 physician practices and managing business development opportunities, operational decisions, and regulatory compliance.

Most recently, Gill has been working at Children's Mercy Kansas City since 2018. Initially, they served as a Professional Services Manager and later as the Director of Professional Services.
