Nicole Strombom

Nicole Strombom began their work experience in 1999 as a Process Improvement specialist at Washington University in St. Louis. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Decision Support Manager at Olathe Medical Center. In 2012, they joined Mosaic Life Care as a Decision Support, Team Leader and later became the Decision Support, Process Leader in 2013. Since 2015, Nicole has been working at Children's Mercy Kansas City, initially as the Senior Director of Financial Planning Analysis and currently as the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Nicole Strombom holds an MBA in Health Systems Management from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, which they obtained between 1997 and 1999. Prior to that, they earned a BSID in Industrial Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 1985 to 1990.
