Pamela McCullough

Pamela McCullough is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in contract management and financial reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Accountant at Children's Mercy Kansas City since April 2019, Pamela oversees approximately 300 active contracts generating $40M in annual revenue and has developed new processes for Month-End Close analysis that eliminate overtime for management. Previous roles include Senior Staff Accountant at Eighteen Capital Group, where Pamela handled financial reporting for 150 entities, and positions at Commercial Lithographing Company, H&R Block, Sutherland Lumber Company, Office of Douglas DeFrain CPA, Kansas City Tree Care, and Advance Auto Parts, contributing significantly to process improvements and cost savings. Pamela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from DeVry University and an Associate Degree from JCCC.
