Topher Horman

Topher Horman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in creative production and event management. Currently serving as a Creative Producer for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, Topher previously held the position of Festival Director for the Fear No Film Festival at the Utah Arts Festival from June 2008 to June 2019, during which the program significantly increased its prominence, rising from the forty-fourth largest to the fourth largest film festival. Additionally, Topher served as General Manager for EVE Winterfest from December 2010 to December 2017, progressing from Operations Director and overseeing SLC's New Year's Eve celebration.
