Michelle Phillips

Michelle Phillips, Ph.D., CRA, serves as the Business Research Manager for Genetic Medicine at Children's National Hospital since October 2019. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions at the University of South Florida from January 2010 to October 2019, including Unit Research Administrator and Sponsored Research Administrator, where responsibilities encompassed managing complex federal grants, ensuring compliance with various regulations, and providing comprehensive support for grant administration. Michelle holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of South Florida, as well as a Master of Arts in Adult Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same institution.
