Joe Walsh has a diverse work experience that includes roles at Children's Plus Inc., Target, and Pac Sun. Joe began their career as a Sales Associate at Pac Sun, where they focused on promoting sales and enhancing the brand. Joe then joined Target as a Guest Service Attendant and Electronics Team Member, where they managed the front end team and implemented strategies to improve guest service and team collaboration. After that, Joe worked at Children's Plus Inc. as an Administrative Assistant, where they provided support to the organization's leaders and managed various tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and trade show coordination. Joe then advanced within Children's Plus Inc., taking on the role of General Manager Operations, where they oversaw daily operations, managed teams, and led projects that increased productivity and revenue. Currently, Joe serves as the Vice President of Sales at Children's Plus Inc.

Afterward, they enrolled at Heartland Community College from 2013 to 2015, focusing on Organizational and Leadership Communication. Eventually, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational and Leadership Communication from Illinois State University, completing their studies from 2015 to 2017.
