The Leads team at CRCC comprises specialized professionals like the OT Lead, SLP Therapy Lead, and Nursing Lead NW. This team is responsible for overseeing and coordinating outstanding occupational therapy, speech/language pathology, and nursing services. They ensure comprehensive care delivery, integrate interdisciplinary approaches, and provide leadership and support to their respective departments, enhancing the overall quality of life for children with complex needs and their families.
