Brittany Langley, MHA, LSSGB has extensive experience in healthcare operations, training, and development. Brittany began their career in 2006 as a Facility Supervisor at the College of William and Mary, coordinating facility operations and personnel to ensure consistently high-quality customer service and long term customer retention. In 2011, they joined Sentara Village Chesapeake as an Administrative Intern, where they coordinated closely with the Director of the organization and its management team to analyze patient experience, chart KPI accuracy, and improve processes.

In 2012, Langley joined Sentara Healthcare as a Division Training Specialist, where they conducted performance reviews, crafted performance plans, and recommended corrective actions or termination to HR and managers as appropriate. Brittany also created orientation and training materials, evaluations, presentations, policies, and procedures.

In 2019, Langley became the Director of Operations at Children's Specialty Group, a physician-owned pediatric multispecialty group. In this role, they reported directly to the CEO and oversaw medical group operations, working with owners and managers to develop business solutions that prioritize value-based care and programming that builds physician leaders in medicine and service. Her achievements include creating and delivering a comprehensive Leadership Development Program, increasing provider satisfaction scores with a new, HIPAA-compliant telehealth program, implementing data-backed quality measures linking patient satisfaction with physician performance, growing provider engagement through events and educational programming, and chairing the Ambulatory Practice Group and serving on committees to study industry trends and best practices.

Brittany Langley, MHA, LSSGB received their Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from William & Mary in 2010. Brittany then earned their Masters in Health Care Administration from Walden University in 2012. In 2018, they obtained their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from James Madison University.
