Rachel Hendricks

Rachel Hendricks has a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis, currently serving as Family and Administrative Support and Lead Life Skills Teacher at Children's TEAM since April 2021. In these roles, Rachel teaches and supports a class of six students, incorporating therapeutic practices into the classroom environment. Previous experience includes positions as a Behavioral Health Technician at BlueSprig, and as an After School Care Teacher at Fort Smith Public Schools. Rachel also has experience in customer service roles and has been a self-employed dog sitter since May 2008. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith.
