Pamela Day

Pamela Day has extensive experience in education and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Receptionist at Childress Engineering Services since May 2018, Pamela previously worked as a Substitute Teacher for Garland ISD from August 2016 to May 2018, where responsibilities included tutoring and teaching in a home school setting. Prior to that, Pamela retired from the Dallas Independent School District after a 12-year tenure, during which time various subjects including Pre-AP World History, AP Psychology, regular Psychology, Sociology, Government, and US History were taught. Pamela also directed the Dance/Drill team during this time. Additionally, from August 1984 to May 2002, Pamela held the position of Teacher and Dance Director at Vines High School/Plano ISD, overseeing a drill team and responsible for performances during sports events and spring shows. Pamela earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of North Texas in 1983 after completing high school at South Garland High School in 1978.
