Serving as the Charlotte Office Division's Director of Property Management and “jack of all trades”, Dave is an engineer-turned-property manager passionate about solving problems and helping people.

With more than 30 years of property management experience, Dave provides a vast suite of capabilities to our property management practice; whether it is helping plan the design and operation of a new building, figuring out how to customize our services to a particular client’s needs, responding to an emergency, or mentoring team members in the advancement of their careers, Dave is a true seasoned leader.

With the dedication of his team, he focuses on developing solutions that are tangible, sustainable and captivating. A skilled consensus builder and an articulate contributor, he has the ability to see the big picture while understanding the importance of the smaller details.

Due to the 24/7/365 commitment of property management, Dave understands and values the hard work, integrity and dedication of his team members who often toil behind the scenes all hours of the day and night to make sure our customers enjoy a safe, comfortable and productive workplace each day.
