Gordon Buchmiller Jr.

As one of the founding partners of Childress Klein, Gordon was originally responsible for the Office Division in Charlotte North Carolina. At the time, notable office developments included the one million square foot headquarters for First Union Bank (now One Wells Fargo Center) and the LakePointe Office Park, a 175 acre suburban campus that consists of 2.2 million square feet of office space, hotels, restaurants and day care center.

Since arriving in Atlanta, Gordon has developed more than 1 million square feet of suburban office properties in Alpharetta, two 450,000 square foot office towers at the Galleria, and various other projects including 5009 Roswell Road in Sandy Springs which is currently the headquarters of eLab Solutions, Inc.

He continues to works collaboratively with his team, clients, and end users to develop innovative, community-driven and transformational projects.
