Kelly Dunbar

Kelly Dunbar is currently a Partner and Co-Manager of the Multi Family Division at Childress Klein Properties. Prior to working at Childress Klein Properties, Kelly held positions such as Regional Director of Real Estate Development at Wood Partners and Managing Partner / Co Founder at Laurel Partners. Kelly has also worked as Vice President of Development at companies such as ZOM and Pritzker Realty Group. Kelly has a background in Real Estate Development and graduated from Indiana University Indianapolis in 1986.
