Located in Raleigh, Randy is charged with sourcing and developing new multifamily and commercial sites in the Triangle area.

With more than 30 years of experience in a variety of real estate endeavors, Randy is responsible for finding multifamily and commercial sites in the Triangle Region, with a specialty in identifying new ventures and collaborating with new partners. When Childress Klein approached Randy in the fall of 2019 to discuss new development opportunities in Raleigh, he joined our team and saw an opportunity to grow the market reach.

Randy's primary responsibilities have included the acquisition, development, and disposition of residential land, commercial and industrial buildings, and multifamily communities in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. He has operated at the Partner or Director level in both small and large firms, typically with entrepreneurial platforms. Areas of expertise include market analysis, concept development, investor relations, and development execution.
