Luz Varela Morales is a licensed professional counselor associate and a national certified counselor, currently serving as a Bilingual Clinical Therapist at ChildSafe since July 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Mental Health Counselor at Communities In Schools of Greater Tarrant County from August 2022 to July 2023 and a Senior Legal Assistant/DOJ Accredited Representative at RAICES, where Luz provided immigration-related legal services to Unaccompanied Alien Children from June 2015 to July 2022. Earlier roles at RAICES involved delivering 'Know Your Rights' presentations and supporting UACs in legal proceedings.
