Danielle Gilbert

Danielle Gilbert, PHR, SHRM-CP, CDP, currently serves as a Board Member for both the Richmond Performing Arts Alliance and Dress for Success Central Virginia, while holding the position of Human Resources Executive at ChildSavers since July 2023. In addition to these roles, Danielle has been the Chief Human Resources Officer for Manifest In You Consulting, LLC since August 2000, providing consulting services focused on enhancing organizational performance and employee engagement. Danielle also chairs a committee at Virginia Career Works - Central Region and works as a Human Resources Consultant at Fahrenheit Advisors. As of October 2021, Danielle contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Union University. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration and an MBA in Human Resources from Strayer University, along with multiple bachelor’s degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University in Business Administration and Management, and Criminal Justice.
