Niyati Doshi

Niyati Doshi is a Human Resources Executive with extensive experience in managing end-to-end recruitment, developing and implementing HR policies, and enhancing employee engagement. Currently employed at Madison World since May 2024, Niyati previously held the same title at The Works from January 2022 to March 2024, where responsibilities included planning training programs and maintaining employee relations. Earlier experience includes a role at Viral Fission from August 2020 to September 2021. Niyati holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Human Resources from SVKM’s Usha Pravin Gandhi College of Arts, Science and Commerce, obtained in 2020.
