Don A. Steinbrugge, CFA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hedge fund consulting and investment management. As the Founder and CEO of Agecroft Partners since May 2007, Steinbrugge has led a globally recognized consulting firm that has won multiple awards for its marketing capabilities in the hedge fund industry. In addition to Agecroft, Steinbrugge founded Gaining the Edge in December 2015, a conference aimed at educating institutional investors about alternative investments while supporting charities for at-risk youth. Steinbrugge holds significant roles on various boards, including Help For Children and the Virginia Home for Boys and Girls, and has served on advisory councils, promoting prudent investment practices across multiple organizations. An alumnus of the University of Richmond, Steinbrugge remains active in advancing investment transparency and community welfare initiatives.

ChildSavers
ChildSavers (formerly Memorial Child Guidance Clinic) is a source of hope for Central Virginia’s children. Founded in 1924, ChildSavers works to ensure that all children are safe, healthy, happy, and ready to learn. We provide trauma response, mental health counseling and early childhood development services so that children have a chance to reach their potential and thrive. ChildSavers is a community-supported 501(c)3 nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. ChildSavers is licensed by the State of Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, and is accredited by the Council on Accreditation for Child and Family Services.
