Noel Hammond, MBA, is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in financial operations and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President for Finance and Program Operations at ChildSavers since May 2017, Noel leads all financial and programmatic oversight and plays a key role in strategic direction for the organization. Previous roles include Finance Director for Ghana, Cameroon, and Senegal at British Council, Director of Finance and Business Development at Fossil Trade Ltd, and a series of financial leadership positions at Motorola Inc., where responsibilities ranged from regional financial reporting to pricing strategy and risk analysis. Noel holds an MBA in International Business and Strategy from the University of Chicago and a BA in Accounting and Economics from Lincoln University.

ChildSavers (formerly Memorial Child Guidance Clinic) is a source of hope for Central Virginia’s children. Founded in 1924, ChildSavers works to ensure that all children are safe, healthy, happy, and ready to learn. We provide trauma response, mental health counseling and early childhood development services so that children have a chance to reach their potential and thrive. ChildSavers is a community-supported 501(c)3 nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. ChildSavers is licensed by the State of Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, and is accredited by the Council on Accreditation for Child and Family Services.
