Andrea Tiedeman

Andrea Tiedeman, SHRM-CP, PHR has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Andrea is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at ChildServe since November 2023, where they previously held the role of Talent Acquisition Manager from April 2016 to December 2023. Before that, Andrea worked as a Human Resources Manager at DuPont from August 2012 to April 2016. Andrea also gained experience as a Human Resource Consultant at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin from August 2011 to August 2012 and in Human Resources at Briggs & Stratton from September 2007 to August 2011. Andrea began their career as a Recruiter at Apex Systems, Inc. from October 2006 to August 2007.

Andrea Tiedeman, SHRM-CP, PHR completed their education with a Masters in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a BBA degree in Marketing and Management from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their educational background, Andrea also holds the certification of Gallup Certified Manager from Gallup, which they attained in February 2023.
